Normally, we do not accept returns on items, as all sales are final. But if the items you received are damaged, then we offer store credits or an exchange of the same item.
Merchants have 7 business days to inspect the damage to the products received and then send us proof of the damage to your sales rep to be eligible for store credit or an exchange of the same item. L&Y USA MUST approve all returns
For orders that have already been packed and are ready to ship out, if the client decides to cancel for any reason, there will be a 10% fee from the total amount purchased, with no exception
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During our busiest season, from December through February, processing may take up to three weeks.
We will contact you regarding any applicable shipping charges.
